If you’re traveling from Changi Airport’s Terminal 4, a futuristic airport experience is in-store for you! Actually, the future has already arrived – considering that Singapore’s really embracing tech. Instead of the regular check-in counters, travelers have the first-hand experience of using machines! From self check-in to bag drop machines, it’s an interactive experience with tech.

Airline staff are stationed around the check-in areas (happy to see humans!), however, it’s not the same human touch that you’d typically receive at airports as machines and tech are leading the way to both an effortless and efficient travel experience. Machines also operate at departure gates! It’s certainly an interesting experience and I had a good time walking around this terminal.
